Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the level of shipping service.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order (Such as the Royal Postal Service Strike). Normally we will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated.
                
U.S. Only: The item typically arrives in 4-8 business days (includes 1 business day for warehouse processing and 3-7 business days for transit. (U.S. Only)

P.O. Box Shipping: We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.

APO/FPO Shipping: We can only ship items to APO/FPO if they are located in our US warehouse. Please ask prior to paying if you have an APO or FPO adderss. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 5-10 business days of the day you order.

Expedited Shipping: The item typically arrives in 3-7 business days (includes 1 business day for warehouse processing and 2-5 business days for transit. (U.S. Only)

International: The item typically arrives in 2-4 weeks (includes 1 business day for warehouse processing and about 3-4 weeks for transit ,or it may take shorter depending on your custom policies).
For  International orders, we suggest you use Registered Mail for your protection and so that you will be able to track your package as well.

Return Policies

Returnable Products may be returned within Seven (7) days of your product's reception date. From and after Seven (7) days from your product’s shipping date, we cannot accept returns of any product.
You will be required to provide us with the customer name, invoice number and the nature of the problem.
The Returnable Product must be 100% complete, in BRAND NEW and unused condition, and must be properly repacked in its original packing material and include all manuals and all accessories provided at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on all returns. TheArctictrader will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.

In all instances, Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.

Products that are delivered in damaged condition: If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further instructions. Do not use products that are delivered to you in damaged condition.
Defective products will be accepted by TheArcticTrader for credit or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
(We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order for fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment of the return or exchange).
You are responsible for return shipping charges to TheArcticTrader. TheArcticTrader will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
(We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 14 days).


90 Day Warranty

We offer 90 Day Warranty for AlphaSeries Bulbs only!!
This product is Guaranteed against factory defects by Alpha.  Contact us through email before returning the defective item. Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances. Buyer must show proof of purchase receipt.
Bulbs are covered by a 90 DAY Warranty.
Defective products will be exchanged.

Return items should include the original packaging and accessories.
Each product sold on this site is carefully packaged and  inspected before it ship out to you. TheArcticTrader sells only new and unused product, TheArcticTrader is not an authorized reseller of certain of the products listed for sale on this site. TheArcticTrader would be unable to provide you with the low cost of the products sold on this site if TheArcticTrader were to comply with certain manufacturer’s suggested and minimum selling prices.  In such instances, manufacturer’s warranty may not be available.  TheArcticTrader cannot be responsible for the decision of a manufacturer not to offer or abide by such warranties.
